Create flash intro. Flowers growing effect

I am looking for somebody to create me a flash intro. The design has been created just the animation that needs implementing.

1. The flowers need to grow from the stem out. Growing effect
2. I will need an initial example of 1 flower growing before the rest are done.
3. Once the initial example has been agreed then the rest will be built
4. Needs to be lightweight
