Template with Flash Banner

Requirements:

rework of old logo

Good colour scheme: spanish sunshine bright etc

Nice borders to the boxes (rounded corners etc)

The large sun in the main body box is to be very faint in the background of the table cell.

the flash banner is in the background so the info box in the banner can be seen over it

and so can the 2 rows for the menu bars (ill put real menus in you just put in menu ).

The flash banner is to be along the lines of :

with mountains in the background scrolling panaromic like

a property standing in the foreground

sun shining (into lens effect?)

small banner text in the center

I would like the banner to have some action script that will:

have option for fixed or random background

look in a db (mysql) to get:

path of jpg/gif to be used as the background

whether to add clouds or not

whether to add sunshine

so DB will look like this

ID PATH CLouds Sun

and the action script will be fed the id and pull up the bg

or will pull out a random one depending which of the random or fixed options are selected

I would like to see a psd/jpg of the template before it is converted to html

end product is to be .htm .jpg .flv

source code required of any .jpg .gif .psd .fla On completion

I would like this to be handed over in the following format.

So when unzipped it has`preserved directory structure and all links

There is further work available for the winner if i am satisfied with the work,

I have 2 more simpler templates that need to be done almost straight away
