Need 2 Custom Ecommerce Website Designed

Hello,
My name is Ryan Lenahan and I am the owner of [url removed, login to view] and www.hostoursite.com. I am looking to have both of those websites to be completely redesigned. I have my own dedicated server and my own ssl cert for the domain myhostingdeals.com. I want one website to offer downloadable products which they can download for a limited time immediately after their cards are charged successfully. The other website will offer web hosting packages, such as shared web hosting, reseller web hosting, and dedicated servers.
Here are some more information about the two site that I need…

-On each order they have the ability to add additional options like and additional 10 megs of storage of 2 gigs of bandwidth for an additional fee.
-Contact us form which is filled out directly on the website and emailed to me
-Live chat option on homepage (using a free live chat program such as php live)
-The entire checkout would take place on my secure website
-Search engine friendly
-Approx 10 pages (not including checkout screens)
-Overall a smooth looking website that loads fast even for dialup users.

-Approx 6 pages (not including checkout screens)
-Overall a smooth looking website that loads fast even for dialup users.
Of course as you are sick and tired of hearing from everyone else, I am on a small budget for the sites. I am only 19 and in college trying to run a little side business for extra cash. The specs that I listed above are only of things I would like but if that would throw the cost to high, then I can’t have everything included in each site.
I will monitor the bids very closely and contact anyone whom I may be interested in. All I ask is that you keep cost in mind. I know everyone needs to get paid for their hard work, just please be fair. I am always willing to work.
Also, I may need periodic maintenance on my site for additional fees of course.
