Modeling Site Clone

I am looking for a clone of [url removed, login to view] and if you are interested in the development pm me. I am seeking a competent provider who is knowledgeable of the requirements on the site. Development should be template based and should allow for easy language switching. A powerful admin section is required with most aspects of the sites configurable. Development should be object oriented and allow for easy extension and customization. Please show projects you have done either similar or have soem of the requirements. Thanks.
