299747 Edit Insurance_Pool Templates

We are currently upgrading our "create your own website" system and are needing to EDIT 2 new DYNAMIC website templates for the following categories: * Insurance (some Flash buttons or moving images, needs to work for more than one store) We want to make this template appear unique and have some movement on it. * Pools (some Flash buttons or moving images, needs to work for more than one store) We want to make this template appear unique and have some movement on it. The existing templates and images will be emailed to you once you have accepted the project. We would also like the name & email opt fields in the square to be placed horizontally instead of in a box like it is now. Note: Although we would like some Flash in the site we do not want or require the entire site to be edited in Flash. We would like to only have some moving images or Flash buttons added to the site. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Even though we are asking to have templates edited we DO NOT want them to look like just basic templates. We want them to have a unique look (that is why we want FLASH embedded in them)… Requirements: The templates for this job must be sent to us as a layered psd file as well as an html webpages. The templates must be clean and able to function with Cold Fusion (no unnecessary tags or code). We would prefer it to be edited in Macromedia HomeSite or DreamWeaver. You may not use these templates for any other work or copyright, they must be edited and given back to us for our use ONLY. All the text needs to remain html text. Do not turn the text into graphics because we want to be able to change it in the future. All the images used MUST be optimized gifs or jpegs only! You must send us all files associated with the templates css, gifs, jpegs, flash, html, psd, etc… You are only editing these ONE pages (the Home page) for both the Insurance & Pool Templates listed above. The templates you are editing needs to be very creative and professional...high quality and unique is the objective. Once you've edited the templates make sure they can still fit in 800x600 and they MUST adjust to larger/smaller resolutions so that they align properly within the web browser (create it to be 770 x 570). The templates must still include areas for the following: Name of the Company placed toward the TOP of the page (will be output dynamically from a database), 6 nav buttons, Space for a slogan, space for an opt-in email list, space towards the TOP of page for the company's address, phone and email address information (which is outputted dynamically from a database), and most importantly...an area for the content block which must include 1 or 2 images relevant to business type. Please furnish examples of YOUR work if you bid. We will not accept marginal work. We require quality & originality. No templates. You must agree to revisions as required by us to make the project 100% to our satisfaction. 50% Payment will be made once the job is completed to our satisfaction, the balance after all of the files are delivered in the format set forth above.
