Re design of site, flash banner and logo

We need a designer that can do a make over of our website, so it gets a more proffesionel look.
The site have been running for 3 month, but since we are just starting up, we are running on a low budget.
But if we find the right person, this could develop into a long term partnership.
In details, here is what we are looking for:
- A 'make over' of the site. Its made in CSS, with a top and three cullum design. We wish to keep this. But change the graphics of the site.
- A redesign off our logo
- Three flash banner to the front page. Were two of them should be made so it reads text of a text file, or similar, so we can alter the text if needed.
