customize flash template

Below is what I need customized:
- "Portfolio" will be called "videos" and will need a video player with a video gallery. I need to be able to stream high quality videos and upload new ones myself using a content management system.
- "Services" will be changed to "photo gallery" and I need the ability to upload photos myself as well, and the people who view the site can view the image and download it, also displaying the html code for them to have the option to copy and paste.
(both galleries will eventually contain a lot of videos/photos, so I need the gallery to be able to expand)
The rest I don't need right now. If you could place a bid based on the info I have provided and leave me a PM with another bid that does not incorporate a content management system. Thanks!
