Create animation for website header

We need an animation created for the header of our website. This can be done in flash or a 3-d modeling program and then exported. The final must be able to play online. The animation is outlined below and a still example image is attached. The background will be gradient white > blue > dark blue A spinning globe like the one in the image will rise up from the bottom of the frame On the globe flashes of light will appear, then beams of light will appear starting at the flash of light and arcing to another spot on the globe (these can be random, but must all start and end on land) When the beam of light reaches its destination there will be another smaller flash of light where it hits and a small 'H' will appear at that spot (H will start small then grow a little larger) Once all of the lights are done the H's will remain and if a user hovers the mouse over them a message will appear (a different message for each H).
