Job will require little effort and be quick, time needed should be less than an hour. I need someone that is familiar with Flash and web-sites to upload the flash template that is in the link below to my web page and modify the settings and get the form working for me on my web-site so that I will receive the messages when the send button is pressed after the information is filled out. I will need the right side turquoise block removed and the remainder graphite contact form to be placed at the bottom of my "Contact Us" page that is on the FTP site.
