Home Page Animation

I have a design document showing all the scenes for a 15 second animation that must play the first time the home page is loaded, and EVERY time the home page is loaded. This should happen automatically without the user clicking on it. I have all the photos in an asset folder as well. The animation should load quickly and play immediately - this is the #1 concern. I am looking for someone that can take the images and text and make it feel very "hollywood" or at least very professional. Once the final scene plays, the space taken up by the video should convert to a hyperlink with single photo. This might be part of the animation or separate when the animation is done - compelling the user to click on that image.
