Flash Product Demo for Health Monitoring Product

We’re looking for an experienced and creative designer to design a Flash-based product demo for web presentation. The product is a Health Monitoring product that monitors users' health conditions. The size and format of the Flash presentation would be similar to the one at [login to view URL] We're looking for the entire product presentation to be broken down into 5 main parts (see PDF storyboard), where a main menu can take the user to any given part, or the presentation will continue to go through the 5 parts in sequence if user did not take any action. We estimate the presentation will run about 4~7 minutes. Upon completion of the project and final payment, we're looking to receive the Flash swf file, the fla source file, and other related stock photos and videos. We’ll supply the product photos and descriptions. Stock photos and videos can come from the designer or from [login to view URL] which we have an account with. Project will be awarded to bidder who’s able to provide samples of similar work done in the past. Payment will be made through GAF escrow upon completion of the project.
