Fix My macOS Python Quiz Automation Script (OCR + AI + Hotkey) ⸻ Project Description: I already have the full project downloaded with all scripts, requirements, and setup files. In theory, everything is there — but nothing seems to work on my Mac. Problems I’ve run into: • Dependencies don’t install correctly (OpenCV, Pillow, PaddleOCR, etc.). • The OCR fails with errors (deprecated arguments, no text extraction). • The hotkey trigger (/) doesn’t work. • Even when the script runs, it doesn’t capture/recognize quiz text properly. I don’t need the script rewritten from scratch — I just need someone experienced to fix what’s broken, change the code if necessary, and get it fully working on macOS Sonoma (Apple Silicon, Python 3.13). ⸻ What I Expect: • A fully working script that: • Installs cleanly in a virtual environment. • Recognizes text on screen with OCR (PaddleOCR or fallback). • Uses my OpenAI API key for AI answer selection. • Responds to the hotkey / reliably. • Works with Retina scaling. • A clear setup guide so I can run it again on a fresh machine if needed. • Updated [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] so dependencies install correctly. ⸻ Payment Terms: I will only release payment if the script works on my Mac.
