I need robust firmware for an ESP32-C3 that connects over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, streams and receives data without blocking the main loop, and feeds a small touchscreen. On the screen I only have to show two things: plain textual messages and live sensor readings as they arrive, presented in a clear, refresh-friendly layout. Everything must be written in clean, non-blocking, well-commented code so future maintenance is painless. I typically work with the ESP-IDF toolchain and prefer an event-driven style (FreeRTOS tasks, timers, queues)—feel free to suggest alternatives if you can keep the execution just as responsive. For the UI, a lightweight graphics library such as LVGL or TFT_eSPI that supports real-time updates will suit the project best. Deliverables • Full source code for the ESP32-C3 firmware, ready to compile • Touchscreen UI code that displays textual data and real-time sensor values • Inline documentation and a brief setup/readme so another developer can build and flash immediately • Short test report confirming Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity and live data refresh on the screen I will review each milestone and give written approval before you move on, ensuring we stay perfectly aligned all the way to hand-off.
