I need a complete, fully assembled rack-and-pinion steering system modeled in SolidWorks, using steel for every critical component. All parts have to be parametrically built, mated, and ready to move so that the mechanism’s travel can be driven by a motion study. Once the CAD is final, bring it into ANSYS Workbench for a dynamic stress analysis that captures real-world loading through a steering cycle. I want to see how the rack, pinion, housing, and tie-rod interfaces behave under peak torque and road reactions, with clear identification of maximum von Mises stresses and safety factors.
