financial advisor/analysis for new business idea

I am trying to do a start up and in need of an idea that can be proposed to be implemented whether it is an electronic, e-commerce, or physical business.

this is required to do a start up company/business and build up an ROI of 10%.

a complete market research and financial model is required for the product or service that will be presented, with calculations and feasibility study. This needs to be presented properly and I will be working hands on with you directly.

This study needs to be implemented with a strict budget maximum of ( 100,000 AED) in addition to have the implementation feasible in Uae ( and GCC if applicable)

I am of a pure technical background.
