I have one QuickBooks file containing a little over 1,000 uncategorised bank-feed entries for a single client. My only goal right now is to get every transaction properly organised so the books are tidy and ready for whatever comes next. Scope of work • Sort and categorise every Income, Expense and Payment item pulled in from the bank feed. • Ensure each entry lands in the correct account or sub-account so the registers are clean and searchable. • Leave the file ready for seamless future reconciliations—no additional financial reports are needed at this stage. Deliverable A QuickBooks file (or cloud access) in which every transaction through the current statement period is categorised with no unapplied or “uncategorised” lines remaining.
