Several months of statements, invoices, and receipts need to be transferred into my existing Excel workbook. The assignment is strictly data entry into spreadsheets, dealing only with financial data—dates, descriptions, debits, credits, and running balances. I will share a template that already contains the headings and formulas; your task is to populate each row accurately, maintain number formats, and avoid disturbing the embedded calculations. Source files arrive as searchable PDFs and the occasional JPEG, so a combination of copy-paste and manual typing will be required. Deliverables (all mandatory): • A fully populated Excel file with no blank rows or broken formulas • Consistent currency and date formatting across all sheets • A brief log noting any unclear figures or illegible items My own checks will be a spot-audit of random rows plus an automated balance test.
