A Us CITIZEN is willing to invest in a Mexican company, in return she is getting a fixed percentage annually of 8.5%, but the money has to be invested for 18months. After 18months she is getting her capital + compound interest. I need a contract that gives the investor legal confidence that she is getting her money back guaranteed, plus her return. The money will be invested directly into a mexican SAPI ( hedge fund).
