Build a mobile app called AlphaStack Control for managing a supplement and fitness business. The app must be simple, fast, reliable, and optimized for daily use on a mobile phone. Use local device storage so the app works offline and all data remains saved after closing or restarting the app. Include backup export and restore functionality. PURPOSE The app will be used daily to track: sales and profit expenses credit (udhar) and COD payments bank and cash balances optional inventory customer details The goal is to eliminate manual calculations and provide real-time clarity on profit, cash flow, and outstanding payments. Theme: dark theme default charcoal/black background accent color deep red or electric blue clean modern fitness-business style Allow logo upload and display it in the dashboard header and home screen. User interface requirements: mobile-first layout large touch-friendly buttons smooth scrolling lists fast navigation minimal and professional appearance DASHBOARD (HOME SCREEN) Display summary cards that auto-update: Today Sales Total Monthly Sales Total Monthly Profit Total Expenses Net Profit Outstanding Credit Total Cash Available Low Stock Alert Count SALES MODULE Sales List Screen: Display all sales entries showing: customer name date payment mode amount profit Tap an entry to view full details. Provide a floating “+” button to add a new sale. Add Sale Form Fields: Date (default today) Customer Name Phone Number Address City Product Name (manual entry OR select from inventory) Quantity Sale Price Product Cost Shipping Cost Gift Cost Payment Mode: Cash UPI Bank Transfer COD Add toggle: Deduct from Inventory? If ON → reduce stock If OFF → do not change stock Auto Calculations: Profit = Sale Price − (Product Cost + Shipping Cost + Gift Cost) If COD is selected: automatically create an entry in Credit section mark it as COD pending include in outstanding credit CREDIT (UDHAR) SYSTEM Track: customer name amount given amount returned COD pending payments Features: calculate outstanding balance per customer show total outstanding credit allow marking credit as fully cleared maintain credit history display COD pending payments separately CUSTOMER DATABASE Automatically save customer details from sales entries: name phone number address city total orders last order date Requirements: auto-fill details when same customer is selected again searchable customer list tap customer to view history EXPENSE TRACKER Expense list screen with add button. Fields: date category (Business, Personal, Packing, Ads, Transport, Misc) amount payment mode notes Expenses must be included in profit calculations. BANK AND CASH TRACKER Display balances for: bank accounts UPI balance cash in hand Each account should show current balance. Tap an account to view transaction history. Entry fields: date account name money in money out notes Auto calculate total available funds. INVENTORY (OPTIONAL USE) Track: product name cost price selling price stock quantity Features: deduct stock only when “Deduct from Inventory” toggle is ON low stock alert when below 5 units show stock value (cost × quantity) FILTER AND SEARCH Allow filtering and viewing records by: exact date today / yesterday custom date range month Filters must work for: sales expenses credit bank entries EXPORT DATA Allow exporting data as CSV (Excel compatible). User must be able to export: by single date by custom date range by month full database Export options: sales customers credit expenses NAVIGATION STRUCTURE Bottom navigation tabs: Dashboard Sales Expenses Credit Inventory Customers Each section opens a list view with a floating add button. STORAGE AND OFFLINE USAGE Requirements: store data locally on device app must work offline data must remain saved after restart provide full backup export and restore show confirmation before deleting data SALES ENTRY LIST VIEW DETAILS Each sale row should display: customer name amount profit payment mode date Tap to view full details. CREDIT SCREEN DETAILS Display: total outstanding credit customer-wise outstanding balances COD pending payments cleared credit history PERFORMANCE AND RELIABILITY ensure all buttons perform actions ensure all forms save data correctly ensure dashboard updates automatically ensure fast mobile performance ensure simple and reliable daily operation This app must be practical, fast, and dependable for daily business management.
