Fill in a txt with Data from an image set - Repost

I need to introduce data on an text file

the data are two columns first is the angle from the horizontal axis each of the points on each profile.

the second colum is the number annotated next to each of the points.

I attach a sample image of the profiles and one image showing how the angle should be measured.

angle can be measured with any image processing program such as gimp

there are 130 image like the sample I attach.

I neeed a diferent txt file for each contour.
