Be able to search the database by specific fields, being able to select who fits the brief of a certain job eg. 40 males, aged 20-30 with Soccer Skills under 6ft for a Nike Commercial. Then with results, export their names and mobile numbers to contact them in a separate sms system we already have to check availability for shoot dates. (or connect to our sms system [url removed, login to view]) When we know who is available from the sms system. Select confirmed people to import into a designed suggestion sheet (pdf) )(Name/pictures/measurements)) which we then send over to clients. The suggestion sheet needs to have the ability to alter things e.g character names. (we have ideas of how we want this to look)
When a client tells us who they like, we select these people from the database again or a shortlist that has already been generated? Then create a check-in sheet with all relevant information (thumbnail pictures/measurments/contact details etc) for the client to use regarding who will be turning up. (again we have ideas of a layout - need the functionality)
When the job has happened. Generate invoices. Add to peoples job history in their profile on the database. Inputting overtime/additional fees that occured during the job. This will automatically update peoples job history in their profiles.
Paying People: When payment arrives, being able to click on a job, it collects data of who worked that job, then exports all of their names bank details and rates etc. to a .csv file we can imort into our online banking system to pay. Also, generate remittance advices to email to the extra showing the breakdown of how much they got paid after comission etc.
