Clothing fabric consulting

I need expert on clothing fabrics. I am planning to start the business in clothing production therefore i need someone who will consult me which fabric is the best which one is the expensive one. I mean the most optimal one. First stage will involve long sleeve shirt, t-shirt and polo short production. I have made some research and found too much combinations of cotton and other fabrics. I would like you to provide me as a deliverable 3 optimal options for each of aforementioned clothing items with detailed desciption for each (prefered pros and cons). In addition i may ask extra few questions. Please note that i would prefer long sleeve shirt to be stretchy material (such as 90% cotton and lycra 10%). I need photos as well. As an outcome i need presentation where it states for each item (long sleeve shirt, T-shirt, polo shirt and hoodie) proposal of at least 2-3 materials with pros and cons for each (in terms of quality, price, comfort and etc.). Note that all the data is checked through plagiarism and information available on internet does not relevant. It should be by person involved in this business and have in-depth knowledge of fabrics.
