Facebook App -Contest -Video Upload, vote system

Enable fans to participate in a contest. ( Fan gateway to be able to Participate) b. Function to post videos. Participant can upload his videos) c. Within the same app there should be a Video Gallery where all uploaded videos will be there d. Everybody (fans) can participate in voting for the best video but ONLY ONE VOTE PER PERSON e. Possibility to vote from the video gallery Phases of the campaign campaign:- Phase one: Start Invite fans of the page to participate ( send personal email and post in the time line) for a certain period of time. Phase 2: After evaluation from Admin Sort out 3 most voted videos/ participant of the contest Post of winners name and inform that they are selected for phase 2 of the contest Phase 3: Winners to upload new videos for 30 days Those 3 winners ONLYwill be then able to post/ edit their video AGAIN from the application from anywhere at any time furhter videos and receive votes and comments I guess all previous voters will have their vote reinitialised to be able to participate in phase 2 WITHIN THE SAME APP ONLY more videos and photos of them and then others can comment on the post.
