I'm in need of a competent customer care and community manager who can communicate fluently in English, French, and Spanish. The ideal candidate will handle the following tasks: - Responding to Customer Inquiries: You'll be managing customer inquiries effectively, ensuring prompt, friendly, and comprehensive responses. Fluency in English, French, and Spanish is crucial for this role to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base. - Managing Social Media Accounts: You should have a solid understanding of social media platforms, managing our accounts to enhance customer engagement, and further grow our online community. Exceptional written communication in the three languages is also a prerequisite for this role. Experience in customer service, and community management is desired. This role will require less than 10 hours of your attention each week. The ideal candidate should be flexible and responsive, given the dynamic nature of customer care and social media management.
