Need help to fix my Facebook 2 factor authentication

I have activated 2 factor authentication on my facebook account - but the the app of the autenticator (I have got 2) give me always the wrong number - no way to get on my fb account . I have this 2 factor autentication problem with facebook since almost 1 year. Facebook doesnt have any client help service - only a lot to read - which doesnt help me at all
