Please refer to attached file. 1st sheet has öwner statements generated through Guest Centrix software dumped in to excel. There is about 100 statements. the length of each statement is different. Also month by month, same owner statement can be in various lengths.
I want to map a summery report where I can see each detail of statements in one sheet as per 2nd sheet. In front of the strata number, all required fields should be lined up.
When I dump the statements in each month, this summery report should be able to pick up the numbers from statements and create summery report.
the summery report should pick up new unit numbers if any future too.
Also if there will be new expense lines, I should be able to insert them in to summery report.
