Website data scraping using scrapinghub.com, 10 hours per week on-going

I want someone to virtually join my marketing team to create and maintain website data scrapers to allow our company to analyze competitor pricing, new product releases...etc. The successful freelancer will need to be available to join our team chat room while working, anytime between the hours of 7am and 4pm CST (GMT -0600, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada) Monday to Friday. Total time per week is flexible, but we'll start at 10 hours per week and negotiate increases the more we work together. The successful freelancer MUST have very strong written English skills. MUST have EXCELLENT website data scraping experience. MUST have very strong Microsoft Excel skills and some relational database skills (like MySQL) to be able to organize all the data, compare data...etc. MUST use the Freelancer desktop app to track hours, show work as you log hours. IF you have strong SPOKEN English skills, that is even better, as I would VERY HIGHLY like to have someone who can do video conferences with myself and other team members some times to discuss projects, look at data, brainstorm work...etc. I have a subscription at [login to view URL] that can be used to build, schedule and run the scrapers if desired. You do not need to have used [login to view URL] before, so maybe the first week or two will be learning their systems, OR providing alternate services to consider so that we use best practices to use proxies and processes that ensure we do things professionally.
