**Important: new raw data will be pasted from time to time. So, the formulas and automation should be ready to transform new raw data as soon as pasted. Structure will be therefore the same as explained in the attachments.
1. The report shows a list of events to each person
2. It is structured to show the person’s name first and right below the events associated to this person.
3. After a set of rows, a new person’s name will be displayed and – again – right below to it the events associated to the person.
4. It is being required through this development to show the person names and id left to each row event.
a. Please do use formulas from excel itself and do not use other exe. software that must not run my pc environment. I suggest you create a 2nd tab in the Excel mirroring the 1st tab. In the 1st tab raw data should be pasted and in the 2nd tab the formulas/automations should run to deliver the transformed list.
b. Macro can be used, but if it can be avoided and just work with formulas that is better.
Hi - I have looked at the spreadsheet and as an experiment have updated it with formulas to populate new columns 1 and 2 per your specification. Nice and easy.
