Essential Job Functions:
- Undertake the review of customer specific data within the designated portfolio to conduct high quality operational, regulatory and internal requirements.
- Work with identified customer facing or branch support staff to collect or define additional documentary or data requirements for collection from customers
- Upload documents to electronic database.
- Undertake external searches through internet look ups, or other external websites to research information relating to customers
- Work with Compliance and Operations team where assistance is required
- Ideal candidate will have: Associates Degree; Proficiency in MS Office (Test scores required for Excel and Word)
- Experience using queries, software applications and search capabilities
- Experience with Filenet a plus
- Track record of being dependable and proactive
