For every person the enroller enrolls, they get 50% for the 1st 3 months.
After the 90 days is up (3 consistent months of the enrollee participating in the business), the enroller's pay will drop down to 24% for that enrollee AND they will be eligible for another level of pay which will generate from the people their enrollees recruit up to 11 more people. This level of pay is calculated at 2%.
For example. Jane Doe enrolls Joe
Jane will get paid 50% of Joes total volume for 3 months.
After 3 months, Jane is now getting paid 24% off of Joe and 2% off off every person that Joe enrolls.
I need two fields for total volume - taxed field and untaxed field.
