We are a property management company and looking to build a property management tool to help us manage our clients and properties. We work with a real estate brokerage in NYC who gives us leads and they said we should look into a tool called Coda. They said it's like Google Docs and Excel but more flexible and can be shared between us and the brokerage.
We would prefer not to build the tool in Excel and have an online tool that can be shared between different people and there is a central place to store our data.
