I'm in need of a competent **full time** Virtual Assistant who can help manage multiple aspects of my business. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN US TIMEZONEThis includes handling: 1. Calendar Management: Keeping my schedule organized and ensuring that all appointments and meetings are accurately reflected. 2. Data Entry: Regularly inputting necessary data. For this reason, proficient skills in Google Sheets are required. 3. Accounting: Maintaining business finance records with a sound intermediate level of knowledge in accounting. An ideal candidate for this role would be someone who is meticulous, organized, and knowledgeable about Google Sheets and accounting principles. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision would be highly appreciated. This role requires good interpersonal skills, as they might have to coordinate with other members of staff or clients when managing the calendar. Proven experience in a similar virtual assistant role would be a bonus.
