Both my partner and myself are setting up businesses and we need a VA that can handle tasks across two businesses as well as personal tasks.
My business is Bookkeeping, 1 year old, and my partner's is Personal Training, brand new. We are both located on the Gold Coast, Australia. Business tasks include:
- Email and Calendar management (low volume at this stage)
- General Admin (filing, data entry, etc.)
- Reports preparation
- Social Media and WordPress website updates.
Personal tasks include:
- Setup emails filters
- Help with wedding planning (including research, getting quotes, etc.)
- Property research (research reports, suburb data, etc for a new purchase)
- Data entry (fortnightly input of rental property statements in a dedicated software)
- Other general tasks as required.
- Basic Wordpress Knowledge
- Excellent web search abilities
- Ability to create simple reports using Excel, Word and PDF formats
- Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin
- Trustworthy personality
- Asking questions if anything is unclear
- Willingness to become part of our team
Position is part-time starting 10h per week with flexibility to work longer if required. We are looking for someone to commit on a long term relationship and preferably someone located in a time zone close to Australia (e.g Philippines).
