Part-Time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant Needed

We are a family owned and operated company, established in 2000. We are seeking part-time help with accounting and reception duties. Hours: Monday - Friday, 12pm - 5pm.
Duties include (but not limited to):
•Daily data entry and maintenance
•Minimum of 2 years accounting/payroll experience
•Great Plains Experience required
•Understanding of entire payroll process
•Understanding of accounting principles and ability to read financial statements
•Experience with general ledgers and chart of accounts
•Knowledge of commercial insurance and workers compensation
•Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, specifically Excel)
Must have the following qualities:
Dependable
Great customer service skills
Great phone etiquette
Great attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Ability to follow directions
Team player
QuickBooks experience is preferred but not required.
