I have a email list in Microsoft word. There are approximately 3000 emails in it. I send my emails with gmail. I have a special chrome extension that tracks the emails. It also sends me a excel list of "opened emails" here I can see the email addresses that has opened my mail. I also get a list with "ignored" emails, here I can see the emails that has ignored the mail and never opened it. Now my problem is that I don't know a fast way to remove the "ignored" mails from my Microsoft word list. For now I use Ctrl+f to find the "ignored" emails in my Microsoft word list to remove them manually and clean my list.

Why dont you just copy/paste your "opened" emails from Excel to a new Word Document? Or let me have a look at both (word and excel ignored/opened) and I will see how can this be achieved. Do you need to do it just once or each time you send an email? I can automate the process if this is a recurring event for you
