Hi Guys,
Basic background:-
I have a manual Time sheet in excel, which is filled weekly by team of 11 members individually and sent to me for further approval.
And then I require to check each of them, and copy paste the data in separate excel sheet for final report.
Requirement:-
I want 1 Single form available for everyone to fill the time sheet, and each data can be stored somewhere on company SharePoint site or Company local drive,
For each week entry, individual have option to update their previous entered data in case if they missed something or updating the entry.
It either overwrite the previous entered entry or just bring the previous filled entries for update.
I want to generate the report of required data,
The report should be generated without duplicate entries.
Back end should be secure with restricted access to myself or the person i wants to add.
There are some validation and auto calculation require with form or excel sheet.
Like- option to select normal day/public holiday, Day shift/afternoon shift,
When normal day selected and worked time entered - after ordinary hours 7.60 hrs, it auto fill overtime hours if worked hours more then [url removed, login to view]
First 3hrs overtime filled in overtime x1.5 and rest will go to overtimex2.
If public holiday selected all the no. of hours worked will be goes to back end data as public holiday X2.5,
If afternoon shift is selected, the loading will be 15% for all the hours if shift finished after 7pm.

I will love to hear your suggestion to build this either in program or excel.
