Make my rough draft excel chart pretty.... and figure out a couple of formulas

UPDATE: I just uploaded a new rough draft version with a full set of 7 days data (I copy and pasted 24 hrs data 7 times... since I have only been collecting data for 2 days now but eventually it will be in 7 day batches). This project is really simple excel coding... once you figure it out you just need to replicate it a bunch... the data sheet will have over 10,000 rows. HOWEVER, please look at the sample file, sheet 3. The challenge (for me) is figuring out how to sort the data whenever the pump fires off over a span of "minute changes". The cycle of the pump is only 30 seconds. When the pump cycles in a single minute span, the data is easy to grab. However, many times the data spills over and I get a half (or 3/4) value in 1 minute and then the remainder in the following minute. When that happens it of course throws off the COUNT function. If you can solve that.... thank you. :-) When you are figuring out how you would solve that problem, please keep in mind. Right now the East pump is firing off every 13 minutes or so... which means you have at least 10 "0" cells in between important data. However, during rainy season I may get a lot more water so the pump will fire off more.... perhaps only 3-7 "0" cells between important data collection. Please plan your solution accordingly. _______________________________________ I recently installed an Emporia Vue Gen 2. This device monitors amperage use on circuits in a home. I need to monitor how many times each day 2 of my sump pumps activate. Each pump is on a separate circuit. In the Emporia app it is very easy to see the pumps "firing" and the monitored voltages jumps from 0 to 0.2 every 15 minutes. However, it is tedious to scroll throughout the day to count the number of spikes. Luckily Emporia has an export .csv function. The data is downloadable for the most recent 30 days. I envision downloading the data every week and pasting the relevant sections into a template that I created. The template will then push out and quantify what I need to know. I have roughed it out in LibreOffice and Excel. I would prefer the final version to be in LibreOffice as I use that more and sometimes the conversion doesn't match up. I'm sure there are easier ways to lay out this data.. so I'm open to suggestions. Things I need: Total number of cycles per pump each day Total number of cycles per pump each hour
