We use mailchimp in our business and require someone to assist with inputting customer information, data, autoresponders and also to help update our mailchimp system to work more efficiently.
Two Mailchimp tasks in particular are on-going tasks that we would need someone to do year-round.
• Looking over our mailchimp set up that we use as a CRM and helping us make it more efficient
o We have autoresponders set up prior to some changes that mailchimp made that we want to make sure are okay.
o Our lists may need updating as well. We had various lists for each category of customer but since mailchimp made some updates I believe that we don’t require all of these different lists to trigger autoresponders or workflows.
• Entering new customer information into particular lists (On-going year-round)
• Moving customers around lists
• Setting up automated workflows
• Entering customers “Test Numbers” into their mailchimp accounts at the end of every month.
How well do you know Mailchimp? Can you help us out with making our system more afficeint?
• Must be proficient with English (speaking/reading/writing) as the on-going tasks require reading handwriting to input customer information.
• We would require the use of work-tracking software to keep a record as we’ve had a bad experience in the past with an independent VA.
* We have plenty of other assistant tasks that could provide more hours for the candidate as well for those interested in more hours.
