At The Moment I'm Trying To Become A Personal Trainer And I Want To Make Diet Templates Daily Using A Software Let Me Explain My Problem.
Lets say,
Every 1 gram of protein has 4 calories
Every 1 gram of carbohydrate has 4 calories
Every 1 gram of fat has 9 calories
Goal: 156 grams of protein, 242.2 grams of carbohydrates and 44.2 grams of fat is needed.
I Can Choose The Foods (With Nutritional Labels I Like)
Lets Say I Want To Make A Template For A Client To Help Them With Their Goals With Foods I Have The Nutritional Labels For. The Serving Sizes Of Each Ingredient Must Amount The grams goals however Must Amount To The daily goal. The Trouble I'm Having In Doing This For Myself Or A Client. Can you Model This Problem With Linear Programming And Use Excel To Shoot Out Numbers (Like A Calculator)? Please Let Me Know Costs. I Can show you my templates i'm working with (attached) so you have an idea of what im working with.
