I’m ready to ramp up cold prospecting on Instagram and I’m looking for a VA who has already done this successfully. Your first priority will be my Instagram account—TikTok will follow once the workflow is humming. My process is largely template-driven: I’ll provide a bank of DM scripts and reply sequences. Most messages should go out exactly as written, yet from time to time you’ll need to tweak the wording so the note feels human and fits the prospect’s profile. If you already know how to scan a bio, spot a hook, and swap in a relevant line without losing momentum, you’ll do great here. Daily tasks will include: • Sending a set number of initial DMs to fresh leads • Logging every touchpoint and response in a simple Google Sheet so we can track open rates and follow-ups • Flagging warm replies that need my personal attention • Maintaining a clean, orderly inbox so no conversation slips through the cracks You should be comfortable working inside Instagram’s app or Creator Studio, keeping to platform limits, and navigating any temporary blocks. Once the system proves itself on Instagram, I’ll have you duplicate it on TikTok using the same template-first approach.
