I am looking for a Virtual Assistant who can help with all my administrative tasks. The tasks will involve both personal tasks as well as business tasks. I am not 100% sure of how many hours is needed but I would imagine that we are looking at around 1-5 hours per week and as you build familiarity with me and the processes that I work with you will then be likely doing more and then moving to 5-10 hours per week and possibly being full time if things work out to be getting busy and if the business grows more.
The role will be all around administration. You will be doing but not limited to the following job activities:
1. Using MS Office suite very heavily.
2. Using Gmail very heavily.
3. Data entry for various activities into excel and into word.
5. Answering my emails and moving towards organizing my time and managing calendar.
6. Completing errands and possible book keeping duties too.
7. I am planning to work with you to see your strengths and then build your activities around what you like to do and what you are good at. SO I plan to start very small with simple activities and build on them one at a time.
You need to show you have had experience in the above and you enjoy doing these things. You must have very good written English skills, I have a very high requirement for this. Please do not apply if you cannot write supremely well as I will not reply o poorly written responses. Your age and sex does not matter to me. Your experience and attitude does. Your location matters, you need to be within an hour or so of my time zone in Sydney because I want to be able to call you regularly during the day to discuss various things and I would also like you to be operating while most of Australian business is operating.
