Guess emails using database

This job can be done with EXCEL / ACCESS. Eventually you can propose some others options. We have a database of names + email (tab DB1). It's only example on the file attached. I have 20000 emails in the real file. We have another database only with names (tab DB2). Also several thousands of names to update. We want an algorythm to rebuild the email in 2nd database, using data from 1st. Algo should work like this: 1. Read the lines from DB2 tab without emails and look for the matching based on Company name 2. Exclude domains from a specific list of emails provider (yahoo, hotmail, orange, gmail ... ). This domains are listed in TAB3 but possible to add more. 3. Check the format of the email based on the EMAIL TYPE tab (12 formats) and exclude the emails not matching with one of the format including information from 1ST NAME and the NAME. If the email doesn't match with a format, don't use it. 4. Count the number of format by domain and keep only the one with the more recurrences. 5. Generate emails using the 1ST NAME and the NAME from DB2 tab based on format. Then restart the process with lines still without email with this 1st step 1.
