German Sports Leagues Medical Data Analysis

Project Overview: The goal of this project is to gather real-world data about sports doctors, musculoskeletal (MSK) specialists, and radiologists associated with German sports leagues. This data will help identify gaps and potential market opportunities for MRI solutions. What Has Been Done So Far: I have compiled data for several German sports leagues, specifically: Fußball Bundesliga 2. Bundesliga Deutsche Eishockey Liga This data has been organized into an Excel workbook. The "Soccer Orthos" sheet contains detailed information for Fußball Bundesliga, 2. Bundesliga, The columns in the "Soccer Orthos" sheet include: Team Name: The name of the sports team. Doctor Name: Names of sports doctors associated with the team. Specialization: The specialization of each doctor (e.g., Orthopedic, Radiologist). Practice/Hospital Name: Where the doctors practice or the hospital they are affiliated with. MRI Brand and MRI Model: Information about the MRI machines used, including brand and model. Installed Base: Details about existing MRI installations. Location of Practice/Hospital: Geographical location of the practice or hospital. Current Imaging: Details on the current imaging capabilities. Doctor Access or Own MRI Machine: Whether the doctor has access to or owns an MRI machine. Private Practice?: Indicates if the practice is private. Comments, Interesting Information, Email or Contact Information. What Needs to Be Done: Complete Data for 3rd Liga (Fußball Liga 3rd Division): Gather the missing real-world data for the 3rd Liga teams and fill in all columns listed above in the "Soccer Orthos" sheet and add it to the soccer sheet. Create Separate Sheets for Other Leagues: Handball Bundesliga and Basketball Bundesliga: Create new sheets in the Excel file for these leagues, as there is currently no data compiled for them. The new sheets should be similar to the "Soccer Orthos". Populate these new sheets with real-world data, including all the columns present in the "Soccer Orthos" sheet, such as team details, doctors, specializations, MRI details, and more. Goal: The collected data will be used to conduct a gap market analysis of the German sports market. This analysis will help identify opportunities for MRI solutions to address unmet needs in sports medicine. Deliverables: Excel File Update: Update the "Soccer Orthos" sheet with complete 3rd Liga data. Create new sheets for the Handball Bundesliga and Basketball Bundesliga, and fill them with comprehensive, real-world data.
