I have two companies, 1 in Belgium, 1 in Luxembourg. I need someone to ensure basic regular tasks are performed i.e. issuing monthly invoices, making sure timesheets are available and signed, taking calls, booking travel, etc. There will also be irregular admin tasks as they arise and some social media management. If things go well we could advance to some basic business development activities.
Current estimate would be 8h per week, spread over the week with peaks around end of month.
The role requires a top level of written and spoken French & English.
