We're hiring an organized Executive assistant to provide extraordinary administrative and clerical assistance . Responsibilities include answering all emails inquiries quickly and kindly, making existing office systems more efficient, managing materials for the office as needed, and planning travel arrangements and appointments for employees. Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events
Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community
Order office equipment and supplies as needed
Clerical duties (e.g., filing, keying, faxing), entering data and extracting data from multiple systems. Use of computer applications required (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing, and Microsoft Office).
Assist with setting up meetings, retreats, conferences, etc.
Manage calendars effectively
Educate and inform clients on program goals, scope and service level agreements
Draft and send communications to clients about transitions or changes in support
Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly
Flexible hours - make your schedule.
