i would like you to develop an excel document that all our sales team can use to provide quotations to send to our customers.
We sell road signs. Each Road sign has a unique code (ie a stop sign is R1-1). I want to be able to click in a cell and it produce a drop down box of all codes. When i click the code i want it populates the xcell spread sheet with the description of the item and the price of the item.
i have added a file for you to view. You can see i have completed one entry to show the 3 columns i need. All the text that is in red is text that will change in each document as different products are needing. i need this to be an automatic process when the code is selected.

I have full experiences of MIS in my present job at banking. Besides, I used to build up some tools by macro to support daily work and improve processes. So I think this job is possible to me.
I have further ideas to enhance the final output. You can automate a lot of things in this beyond the basics requested by you. Would be interesting to work on this one.
