Excel VBA code expert

I am looking to edit the attached excel document to add a dropdown that would expand on the existing "Normals" in the VBA code with additional 2 additional options that correspond with the current month of the forecast. For example, if the forecast is for November, I want the dropdown to have an option for P5/P95, P10/P90, and the old "Normals". These are the ranges of the forecast. So, based on the users selection from the dropdown, I would like the VBA code to select the corresponding data, taking into account whether or not it is a ramp hour for the P5/P95 and P10/P90 options (ramp is defined by an increase/decrease of <77 MWs from the previous hour). I am around all weekend for clarification.
