Hello a small, quick and simple job this time:
HAVE A excel 2010 spreadsheet with 3 tabs, It allocated DAILY resouces and requires much manual upkeep.
I want it automated with the following:
Sheet 1 - Admin
Resources allocation spread sheet that can be
Search by Single date (select from calendar)
Seach by to & From date (select from calendar)
Search by Team (all teams found in column e)
Search by Name (all name found in column B)
Search by Task (all tasks found in column h - Nj
Provide a "daily" view of name, position, team
Sheet 2 - Resources
Column d1 to show last edit date
Column e1 to show last editor name
Column f1 to show todays date
Change currently "Weekly date format to daily dates (1 day per column)
as per colour key - colour to auto fill when text is input into resource chart - NOTE when word "Project" appears - colour will appear with partial word eg: Project cat, project dog, project x - will all reflect the conditonal colour
If a new task type is entered in H-nk on sheet 2 "resource" then also B82 key should reflect this new type
Keep row 1 and 2 frozen as well as row A-G
sheet 3 Daily stats
collect team resources by day (excluding leave) team, FTE, annual leave, % not BAU
