I would like to have an Excel CSV program built to easily copy and paste lists of e-mail address into columns which we will then import into Constant Contact which is an e-mail marketing software. Our problem is that the e-mail lists we are sent and want to add to our excel CSV list sometimes have names listed between them, sometimes not, sometimes there are the following symbols in between e-mail address: < > ", etc. our goal is to not have to go back individually to edit out these symbols or sort out by name. They will need to paste horizontally, without spaces in between lines, will need to have the option for numerous "other" delimiters, due to the different symbols that are between addresses when we receive lists. The list should contain a column for e-mail address, first name and last name, please refer to attachment. The goal for this is for it to be an easy, user friendly program that someone without extensive Excel experience can use. In order to help bidders get a good understanding of what we need I will attach some guidelines from Constant Contact regarding importing contacts and also a description of what must be done that was written by someone who seemed to have a good understanding of what we need but was unable to complete this project at the time.
