A simple little project for someone with excel knowledge, I have an excel spreadsheet template,
sheet 1 is a printable invoice,
sheet 2 contains data for UK VAT rate, product pricelist and labour charges.
Date & Time Pickers
On the invoice there needs to be a date and time selector for start and end time. This needs to the compare the dates and times against 3 different pricing bands Band A between 8:00 and 17:00 (mon - fri) Band B between 17:00 and 8:00 (mon - fri) and Band C Weekends & UK Bank holidays. Bank holidays may be a pain so it may need a selector to switch to band a/b/c rates aswell as the automatic one. Each price band needs a callout charge 1 off and then an hourly charge for time during that band, if it crosses bands for example late friday tosaterday morning it needs to charge two sets of hourly rates some at Band A some at Band C, hope that makes sense
pull down boxes that select an item from the data sheet and fills in the prices in the invoice
